How can I help?

  • Add contents to the wiki
Whether you heard or read about something you think relevant to the sustainable development, you could create a page and complete the wiki.
  • Drop a wish in the wish list
It's the starting point for many people, as the list is regularly checked by members and visitors. So if you find the site is missing something important, want to suggest a topic for a new article, or want to contribute to the site at another level, drop a wish in the list.
  • Help maintain a good atmosphere
Being open to anybody includes an higher care for what is happening on the site. You could help us maintain the quality of writings and administrate the contents. Just drop a message telling what you're willing to do, how much time you can spare, and the level of wiki knowledge you have so far. We'll take care of the rest.
  • Spread the word
We need all the good will we can get to make this wiki a success. It's not that we want to overcome Wikipedia, it's not that at all. It's more building a site where people learn what could be done to make our societies more sustainable. Read more on what can be done to spread the word in the dedicated page.

Useful tools

Spell checker: Right now, visitors using Firefox 2 have an efficient, easy to use spell checker built in their browser. If you too have this navigator and want to activate the functionality, just go in 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Advanced tab' > 'General tab' and tick the 'Check my spelling as I type' option in the 'Browser' section. For Internet Explorer users, be patient please, we're working to provide the same kind of modules for you to ease your editing task.

If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you could add the IESpell? plugin. It's a small, spyware-free browser browser extension that spell checks text input boxes on a web page. Downloads are available for free on their IESpell web site.
